By accessing VedaCare Global's website and registering as a member, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Membership

Membership is available to individuals 18 years or older. One membership per individual is permitted. False information during registration may result in termination.

Business Conduct

  • Members must comply with all applicable direct selling laws and regulations
  • Misleading claims about products or income are strictly prohibited
  • Members shall not engage in cross-recruiting or poaching from other members
  • Inventory loading and front-loading practices are not permitted

Product Sales

All product sales must be genuine retail or personal consumption. Members must honor the company's pricing policies and not sell below the suggested retail price without authorization.

Commission & Payouts

Commissions are calculated as per the official compensation plan. VedaCare Global reserves the right to modify the compensation plan with 30 days prior notice to members.

Termination

Either party may terminate membership with written notice. Upon termination, pending commissions will be paid as per company policy, subject to any outstanding obligations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
